1. Part your hair as usual, a part or middle part will work.

2. Grab two sections of hair on each side of the head. Two finger widths on each side of the part.

3. Loosely twist the pieces around the nape of the neck where the two pieces meet.

4. Hold the twisted sections between thumb and forefinger and spread the Nº1 hair clip horizontally with one hand.

5. Carefully push the Nº1 hair clip up along the head. Always push the pin with the opposite part to secure the handle.

6. Always use only one finger to push in the Nº1 hairpin.
